This is China's largest, most advanced semiconductor producer, and ranks 4th in the world. It gets support from E-Town Capital and has built China's largest integrated circuit plant in Beijing. It plans to introduce 45/40 nm and 32/28 nm assembly lines, with an output of 35,000. The project will make up for a lack of 32-28 nm wafers in China and reduce the nation's dependence on imported wafers.
